Olive & Sea Villa is a beautiful holiday home nestled in a charming olive grove, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The villa is located just 200 meters from the sea, allowing guests to enjoy a privileged location and easy access to beaches and seaside activities.
The villa consists of a two-room apartment on the mezzanine floor and a three-room apartment on the basement floor, each with an independent entrance.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden with furnished areas for al fresco dining and relaxing under the olive trees. There are also barbecue areas, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals using local produce. The surrounding olive grove offers a tranquil atmosphere and the opportunity to take pleasant walks immersed in nature.
Not far from the villa is the Monte Saraceno archaeological site, offering a fascinating journey into the past with its ancient ruins and historical artifacts. Guests can visit the site and discover the history and culture of the region.
